RSDS Academy is a modern flexible esthetics school program for working adults and parents.
That is not what we do.
Our hybrid esthetics program combines structured online theory with guided hands on training and in person support. Students complete portions of their foundational education online while still attending scheduled campus training days, workshops, demonstrations, clinic experiences, and instructor check ins throughout the program.
This structure allows students to learn theory material more flexibly while still developing the practical skills estheticians need in a real spa environment.
For many students, it creates a healthier balance between education and everyday life.
Learning in a Real Spa Environment
After completing your theory hours from home, workshopping begins! Together on campus we learn the practical protocols, esthetic modalities and techniques to train and practice for real live client experience. One of the things that makes our program unique is that students are learning inside an actual working spa environment, with small private treatment rooms to provide customized treatment for guests.
Beyond the Basics
