Cancelation + No-Show Policy

We value your time and love helping you look and feel your best!

We understand emergencies happen, but please be advised that 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of your appointment time, or you will be asked to forfeit any vouchers. Please contact us at 608-515-8504 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Consistent cancellations or last-minute rescheduling disrupt our schedule and prevent other clients from booking. To ensure fairness for everyone, guests with a history of frequent cancellations or rescheduling may have their online booking privileges suspended.

Those who consciously forgo their appointment will be charged a no-show fee, which is 100% of their appointment.

We ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been around anyone who is sick. We are happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment.

Gift Certificate Policies

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

After one year, a post-sale fee of 20% of the value of the certificate will be applied against the remaining value. Each year thereafter, an additional 20% fee will be applied. After five years, the entire value of the gift certificate expires.

If a gift certificate is purchased under a promotion the promotional value expires 6 months from the date of purchase

If you are late to your appointment, cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your gift certificate will be forfeited as payment for your service(s)

Gift certificates are non-refundable

The gift certificate must be presented at the time the service is rendered.

Lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are not refundable or replaceable.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
