Begin Your Future in Skin Care with our 8-month Program!

(Part-time) Day & Evening Schedules Available:

Offering flexible schedules to support your success as a working adult. We offer a hybrid program with coursework completed virtually and in-person professional skincare training with an emphasis on real client care, customized treatments, and advanced modalities.   • Our Esthetics program is a 500-clock-hour program (The State of Wisconsin requires Estheticians to get a minimum of 450 hours of training from a clock-hour program)

    • 15 Weeks of Virtual Theory (home-based coursework)is completed online with ongoing virtual support and weekly check-ins with your esthetics instructor for guidance and motivation. This is perfect for busy professionals, stay-at-home parents, and anyone who needs a flexible part-time program.

    • Once your coursework is completed, you begin in-person skincare training. These hands-on practical hours include theory review, treatment workshops, and clinic experience in a professional spa setting, working in private treatment rooms all on our beautiful Spa Campus in Sun Prairie, WI.

  2. Evening Class Schedule: 4:30- 9:30 PM every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Renewed Spirit Day Spa Academy Hybrid Esthetics Program

Online Learning

The hybrid option of our Esthetics Program consists of 15 weeks of online, home-based coursework + remaing hours of in-person hands-on training, practice, and clinic experience in a professional spa setting with experienced licensed esthetic instructors guiding them throughout their journey.

Technology Prerequisites

To participate in the online program, students will need:

  • A desktop, laptop, or tablet equipped with a functioning camera and microphone.

  • The latest version of a major web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge).

  • A stable, high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi or wired broadband) with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. For cellular data, 4G LTE/5G is necessary.


What is an Esthetician?

An esthetician/aesthetician is a licensed professional who specializes in enhancing personal appearance through various treatments and services. They typically work in salons, spas, or other settings focused on beauty and skincare, offering services like facials, waxing, makeup application, lash extensions, and other cosmetic procedures. Estheticians also educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations.


What’s Included in Our Esthetics Program?

500 clock-hour program

Subjects Covered Include:

  • Introduction, Law and Code, Bookkeeping, Business Management, History and Ethics- 26 theory hours

  • Safety, Sanitation, and Sterilization- 30 theory hours, 20 practical hours

  • Anatomy & Physiology- 30 theory hours

  • Chemistry, Treatments, and Process- 26 theory hours

  • Treatment- Product and Techniques- 32 theory hours, 96 practical hours

  • Electricity, Machines, and Techniques- 10 theory hours, 35 practical hours

  • Makeup and Color Analysis- 12 theory hours, 20 practical hours

  • Individual Student Needs and Electives- 65 theory hours, 50 practical hours

    • Including chemical peels, Brazilian waxing, microdermabrasion/hydrodermabrasion, lash and brow tinting, dermaplaning, microchanneling, nano-infusion, cupping, gua-sha, lash extensions, makeup, and more!

Graduation Requirements and Grading

  1. Completion of 3 months of theory and 5 months of clinical/lab hours with a total of 515 course hours

  2. Pass the final exam (75% or higher)

  3. Complete all financial obligations required to the school 30 days before the completion of the esthetics program

Once these requirements are met, receive a diploma and Certificate of Training from our Academy. This is required by the State to sign up for your state testing.

In our program we assist you with the State Board registration process, as well as help you practice and prepare to successfully pass the Wisconsin Aesthetic State Boards and get licensed!
