Through our unique approach to therapeutic massage and skincare, which seamlessly integrates modalities and comprehensive add-ons—including aromatherapy, hot towels, hot stones, and targeted cupping—you have the power to deliver truly customized and deeply restorative treatments.

Massage Therapist Requirements:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include: 

  • The ability to apply various massage modalities to build a therapeutic/relaxation massage session around the needs and concerns of our guests. Our modalities include Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, cupping, trigger point, and myofascial release. Having these skills is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Educating guests on the importance of self-care, home-care, and providing a treatment plan that suits the needs of the individual

Esthetician Requirements:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Performing Facials, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning Treatments, Hydrodermabrasion Treatments, waxing services, and other services on our clients

  • Educating our clients on the best home care regimen for their skin as well as providing a treatment plan the best suits the needs of the individual

The ideal candidate will be: 

  • Hold a valid Wisconsin state license in their profession

  • Carry liability insurance

  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in both independent and collaborative environments.

  • A self-starter who does not require micromanagement

  • Comfortable with learning new client management systems and point-of-sale systems for client checkouts and rebooking

  • Basic understanding of technology

  • Reliable, responsible, accountable

  • Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent

  • Passionate about the industry and learning

  • Willingness to perform a full range of our signature service experiences

  • Flexibility to offer various service durations

  • Must be willing to manage a schedule that allows for a minimum of four 60-minute services per shift.
