The ABCs for Solo Spa Bosses

As a solo beauty and wellness service provider, building "know, like, and trust" with potential and current clients should be your goal for growing your business. Why? Because people are more likely to buy from businesses they feel connected to; they know, like, and trust.

So, how can you create content that builds know, like, and trust with your followers/email subscribers, and converts them into paying customers? This is a question that I get a lot. Creating content is a struggle for many, even myself. So, I created a simple strategy to help remind me what my goals are and make content creation easier.

The ABCs for Solo Spa Bosses:

As a solo beauty and wellness service provider, building "know, like, and trust" with potential and current clients should be your goal for growing your business. Why? Because people are more likely to buy from businesses they feel connected to; they know, like, and trust.

So, how can you create content that builds know, like, and trust with your followers/email subscribers, and converts them into paying customers? This is a question that I get a lot. The ABCs for Solo Spa Bosses:

This strategy focuses on three key content types:

  • Attract (KNOW): This content aims to expand your reach by attracting new followers on social media or email subscribers. It's designed to be engaging, entertaining, inspiring, and tailored to your ideal client. Think of this as "stop the scroll" content that introduces you and your brand.

  • Build (LIKE): This content focuses on nurturing relationships with your existing audience. It should be relatable, educational, and address the specific challenges your ideal clients face. This type of content positions you as an expert and builds rapport.

  • Convert (TRUST): This content turns potential clients into paying customers. It showcases your services and products and emphasizes the results you deliver, but without being overly salesy. This comes after you've built connections through "Attract" and "Build" content. Remember, people want valuable information before they are pitched a sale.
