Years ago, I decided to start implementing all-inclusive pricing in my practice. It was a total game changer and made pricing so much easier. The reason behind it was that I was finding that
Guests weren't selecting add-ons with their services
Guests don't always know what they need during their services and are looking for your expertise
It elevates the perceived value of your services from the guest's viewpoint.
So, what does all-inclusive pricing mean for my business? It means that every service is truly customizable dependent on the guest's specific needs and concerns. I am a licensed esthetician and massage therapist and this pricing structure is across my entire menu of services.
Here are a few of the things that I am not charging extra for in my treatments
Aromatherapy
High frequency (skincare)
Cupping (facial and body)
Jelly masks (skincare)
Under eye patches (skincare)
Steam eye mask (massage)
LED Light Therapy (skincare)
