Is There a Contract?
No contracts. Subscribe quarter to quarter or save when you prepay annually (4 Boxes). If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 1st of the quarter (June, September, December, and March)
When Will My Package Arrive?
All quarterly boxes ship at the same time (20th of June, September, December, and March). New subscribers will receive their first box 2-5 days after ordering if the order is placed after the original shipping date, subsequent boxes will ship according to the original shipping dates. Boxes should arrive within a few days after shipping.
We understand that Self-Care Delivered may not be for everyone, and that's ok. If you are not completely satisfied you can cancel your membership at any time. Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped.
Self-Care Delivered is a surprise quarterly membership, so that is the risk that you are agreeing to when you join. While we do not reveal the contents in advance, we may give sneak peeks as to what's inside on our social media pages and website. If you don't like the box contents that's the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items.
In order to cancel before your are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 1st of the quarter (March, June, September, or December).

If you do not cancel prior to the 21st of the quarter, when boxes are shipped, you cannot be refunded for that month's shipment.
